Once everyone on your team has a solid shared sense of who you are, it’s time to take a look at how you can move forward as a group: the roles and responsibilities of the people involved, the various types of fuel that drive the organisation and how you express yourselves uniquely as an organisation in the world. These are known as “leveraging needs”, and your organisation needs to understand and define them.
