eAcademy is the perfect extension of eHR. Not that many things are changing, by the way: you still have to make your choice in the training offer in eHR. You indicate whether you want to follow a traditional course or an e-learning course and if you want to follow it during or outside of business hours. Just like before, you send in your application so that it can be reviewed. In case of approval a hyperlink will automatically appear in your training page in eHR: just click on it and you'll be taken to the right course immediately.
