Becoming a trainer on the platform will allow you to: share your knowledge, propose work to your learners, join the community of trainers, receive a technical and pedagogical follow-up from the Editorial Committee. The mission of the Editorial Committee is to supervise the production of Smals courses, that is to say, to advise, validate and publish the courses created by the trainers. A combined effort on the substance (the trainer) and the form (the Committee) will allow to propose a quality content. If you are interested, contact us.

We can help you to

  • Explore technologies: if you have a goal in mind (but you aren't sure how to best achieve this in Moodle), go ahead and book an appointment so that we can review the options with you.
  • Build confidence: Not everyone loves fiddling with technology. If you get stuck, or aren't sure how best to use Moodle, we're here to help. Our goal is to build your confidence and get you to a place where you can use Moodle and have it help, not hinder, your work as a teacher.
  • Discover emerging technologies: Learn about the latest tools being explored for teaching. We'll help you review what the tool can do and if it will help you meet your goals.
  • Course development support: we love to teach you the tricks of the Moodle trade, including support via all kinds of (sophisticated) plugins, if you wish.
