The main purpose of the training and mentoring programme is to train internal staff (in the role of administrator, technician or experienced professional) who want to become GA/TB team leaders.
The idea is to give the Junior TL GA/TB the opportunity to grow in training, to evolve in a progressive/gradual fashion, so as to achieve full autonomy by the end of the training programme.
Giving the employee a perspective on professional development (career development, knowledge and experience building).
Setting up different types of learning initiatives.
Minimize training costs by using the internal mentoring model by involving the candidate in the reality of the field (interactive mode) and by promoting the proactive learning method, which focuses on personal objectives and self-study.
